BSOD while running

While up and running I get a BSOD with 3 different messages. :

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Ntfs.sys

BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
avg7rsw.sys

The computer boots up fine, maybe a little slow, then works for 20-30 minuters and I get BSOD with one of these messages, I have to shut it off, when I restart it, it works fine until it does it again. I do not get any messages on statup.
It does a memory dump (what ever that means)
Any idea where to start on this problem, I know nothing about these sort of problems! WINDOWS XP SP2
Thanks

1st error code:

You likely have a faulty driver, or at least one that is acting up. Have you updated all drivers recently? If not, you should do so. If you updated a particular one shortly before this started happening, roll back to the old ones for now.

2nd:

That is a problem with a USB device, and not the driver. Any new USB devices, or ones with outdated firmware?

3rd:

I guess you run AVG. Make sure it is up to date. If that doesn't help things, do a fresh install of it.

You could also have a problem with your RAM. Run Memtest. If you pass, swap out one stick of RAM (if applicable) and run your computer on only that one. If it works, switch it out for the other. If they both work, your problem doesn't likely lie there.

OK , How many drivers are we talking here? I updated the video card after this problem started, obviously that didn't cure it. WHat else has drivers?
The only USB device I use is a Logitech mouse, I will look into that, as soon as I google firemware and find out what that means
I keep AVG updated all the time, maybe I should try uninstalling it and see what happens it is the 7.5 free edition.
For some reason I cannot connect to memtest.org,,,I'll look for another memory test.
This is the computer listed in my sig below.
Thanks for the help.

i you can't connect to memtest.org, then try this: http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/

download the iso there, then burn the image. that has memtest on it.

you could update your sound driver, monitor driver, i think mouse drivers, lan drivers.

also see if you get a BSOD again if you can write down the numbers. You can then google that number and hopefully find out more about the cause.

Unless you happen to be me....lol. Then you just get to scratch your head and try to figure it out anyway.

But seriously, the stop codes should help.

Thanks, I will copy the stop codes next time. I didn't think they gave any useful info since they usually look something like this:

stop: 0x00000000000F4
