Boot.ini, io.sys, msdos.sys, and ntldr are all system files, so DON'T delete those. The "FOUND.XXX" files are usually the results of a CHKDSK or SCANDISK session, where it found a corrupt file or piece of a file and disposed of it because it was likely unusable. Those two probably aren't anything critical, but I probably would try to open them somehow to see if I could recognize what the files are before deleting them. As for the other three files.....AVGQT.dat, my best guess would be that it has something to do with the AVG Virus Scanner, if you have that installed. Only thing on rollback.ini that I can find is that it may have something to do with ZoneAlarm. I don't know whether you have that installed either. And scansectorlog.dat, again, I would assume from the name that it's probably a log file from a virus or malware scanner of some sort or maybe from a hard drive diagnostic. So offhand I don't see much that you need to worry about, but I could be wrong.....hopefully someone else will come along and verify those last few files I wasn't totally sure about.

You must have the folder option to hide protected operating system files disabled if you're seeing those files. If you're the only person using that computer leaving that option disabled is fine, but if other people use that computer one of them might accidentally delete some of those files and that would be bad.
