Cant Find XP 64bit For Sale

I can't seem to find a copy of Windows XP 64 bit version for sale. Newegg doesnt have it and I tried googleing it. No luck. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm also aware that the x64 OS is for the non Intel Itanium processors. If I accidently purchased the 64-bit version, would that not be compatible with my AMD? The x64 and 64-bit is a bit confusing.
