stop pal talk on start up

Hi From Texas,
I use Windows ME.I hav tried going to START/RUN/MSCONFIG/START UP TAB.That has not been sucessful. Just guessing : maybe pal talk is doing that on purpose, not letting itself be eliminated from msconfig. Does someone have anything to try. Right now, I am doing an anti-virus scan. After it is over ,I will go back to msconfig and try again. So far it has found 27 trojans.---------------Don

PS: I will be back to computer at about 2:00AM Friday

Looks like pal talk is the least of your problems

If you right click on it in the task bar is there an "options" setting? Maybe somethings in there can help.
