Multiple IDE Devices

I am building a P4 1.5 Gig system for an accountant. He requires 3 CD-Rom devices in his computer. I have configured a Maxtor HDD as primary master, and a Sony 52X as primary Slave. Those work, no problem. I have additionally configured a Memorex CD Rom as secondary master, and a Sanyo CD-RW as secondary slave. The bios detects them correctly and they appear listed during the POST. However, when I get into Win98se, I only have available the HDD and CD on the primary IDE channel. The secondary drives are not available in Windows. I had this same configuration operating successfully on his previous computer, but I don't know why I can't get windows to recognize the secondary drives on this machine. The configuration is as follows:
Intel P4 1.5Gig 478pin
AsusP4B Motherboard
1 256mb Crucial PC-133 SDRam
Enermax Mid ATX Case with 300W PS
Leadtek GeForce2 MX 32
Netgear FA311 10/100

Any ideas or suggestions? Thank you.

Problems solved. An upgrade of chipset drivers from the mobo website did the trick.
