Few questions . internet speed

i was wondering if you can give me some tips about some windows issues

first i'd like to know if i can limit the whole internet speed on the computer

and i mean by that the browsing and the upload the download including the torrent sharing system ??

can that be done ?


this one isn't concerning windows .. it's about blogging

i use blogger and i like the Css features in it

is there is any other blogging platforms out there that can provide me with that power ??

What you need is the right router with the right firmware. QoS can be set up to allocate bandwidth.

but i've already a router .. and it's already working ..

isn't there is any other way through some kind of software that might control the bandwindth
the same that happens with the downloading applications but in that case that works on all windows programs ?

What router do you have? Have you looked through its menus for quality of service and filtering?
