I would like to get rid of this window that pops up at boot up. Can't seem to find out how.

Any help would be appreciated.

Where do you have your dvd player conected to? Is it the jmicron sata port?

Have you tried changing the sata cable?

How is the jmicron sata setup? IDE/ACHI?

The only way to get rid of that is disable the JMicron controller in the bios - and if you do that, your DVD drive won't work.

You're right about that I tried it. I guess I will have to live with it.

Is there not a transformer that can transform an IDE to sata??

Go buy a SATA burner and disable the JMicron if it upsets you that much.
