deleteing files in c:/windows/installer

Hi

One of the win2003 boxes at work is a bit low on HD space (was down to 200 mb, got it back up to 700)

i was wondering, since there are a couple of Gig in the c:/windows/installer i was wondering if it's ok to move these files to a different drive alltogether??

thanks in advance
