Video Capturing Software Reccommendations
I'm doing a presentation for class and I'd like to use some sort of software that would record what I'm doing on my screen in XP so I can save it as a video file and embed it into a Keynote presentation in OS X. Any suggestions?

There are lots of choices out there... they range from free to $400, and more. What's your budget?
