Question System 32 file opens upon bootup

Well, the title says it all. I have tried the Kelly's fix, but I get the message: This script cannot repair your issue. The expected Registry value was not found.
That sounds pretty ominous to me. Do I have to live with my Systems 32 file for the rest of my computer's days?
I am not comfortable with messing with my registry. I know my limitations.
Is there anyone out there that can help me?
