windows log on switch user problems

Hi im recently been having a problem after i made a change with my switch users it comes up saying,

A recently installed program has disabled the Welcome screen and Fast User Switching. To restore these features, you must uninstall the program. The following file name might help you identify the program that made the change: pslogon.dll

Ive been the the add and remove programs to find out what to remove and can find nothing to do with logon programs etc etc, can anyone help?

Thanks danny.
