Windows Switch User Problems

Hi im recently been having a problem after i made a change with my switch users it comes up saying,

A recently installed program has disabled the Welcome screen and Fast User Switching. To restore these features, you must uninstall the program. The following file name might help you identify the program that made the change: pslogon.dll

Ive looked in the Add and Remove programs to find out what to remove and can find nothing to do with logon programs etc etc, can anyone help?

I have tryed the following below didnt work, it instead of saying gina it says DEFAULT REG-SZ, I TRY TO DELETE IT AND ITS SAYS SOME COMPONETS CANT BE DELETED, ill keep seeing what else i can try am i doing something wrong?

Click Start, Run and type REGEDIT
Navigate to the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows NT \ CurrentVersion \ Winlogon

Backup the key by exporting to a file.
In the right pane, right-click GinaDLL, and then click Delete. (You need to remove the whole value, not just its Value Data)
Close Registry Editor
