Deleted files not in recycle bin
I just took a bunch of pictures, had them on an SD card, I thought I put them on my hard drive but didn't then deleted them from the SD card.
I went to recycle bin to call them back but they are not there. Any ideas if I retrieve them or not? Where do you think they went? Windows XP Pro. I have attached a pic of recycle bin settings |

There is no recycle bin for removable media, including SD cards. There are a lot of utilities that claim to retrieve deleted files on a media card, but I've never used one so I don't have a recommendation. If someone else doesn't post one they use, Google should be able to help.
