Cant get out of AwardBios Page
Dunno if IM in the right place to ask (not really good at this forums stuff) But, everytime I start up my computer the 'AwardBIOS setup Utility' screen pops up and a password box. This apparently happened when my little nephew got on while I was sleeping so I dunno what happened. Is there a way to get past it without having to put in the password? I hav eno idea WHAT the password is, which Im thinking got enabled when my nephew was playing with it.

If it's preventing you from booting you will need that password or it needs to be reset. What kind of computer is it? Name brand or custom built?

If this is a custom built machine is there anyway you could get hold of the motherboard manual from someone connected with the original builder? If not, you could download the manual from the manufacturers website. There are usually instructions in the manual concerning password resetting.
Forum rules prevent us from helping you with password work arounds. Before someone suggests away around it I am closing this thread.
