Error 1321

Well this morning my wife got on the pc to play her card game and and she got a little window pop up and this is what it says.
error 3121 windows installer has insufficient previleges to modify this file
c:\programfile\encore\hoyal card games 2008\hoyle card game exe.
I have googled this error 1321 and i gather that she needs permission to take control. I have tried to mod the registry and check off all ALLOW privileges boxes and set the values to 0.
Also tried to install over to top or uninstall or mod with the cd and that didn't work. add remove programs in control panel was a no-go and even tried to uninstall it through system mechanis 6 pro and that was also a no-go. Is there something i could try that i might of overlooked? Please any help......or suggestions

Are you trying to install or just play the game? Also are you on the admin account?

Hoyle games can be buggy I had one game that I couldnt pass the system test to play the game even though it was a top of the line computer at the time. Found out that my system was passing them so well it was making their program bug out, the solution was to just cancel the test and then finally it installed.

You may want to contact hoyle after check your on an admin account and that you have the proper permissions set in local policies in the administrative tools icon in the control panel.
