Boom Outlook Express mess

I tried to setup Outlook express to work with my ISP,but when I made changes they got saved as new accounts, now I have a mess. Is there a way to reset Outlook Express to the default settings so I can start fresh?

Can't you just take the other unneeded accounts back off of the system by going to Tools>Accounts>Mail tab and Removing each of the extra accounts, then editing the good account to include the needed info?
