net framework question

I just downloaded Framework 3.5 fro mmicro. I have Framework 1 and 2 can I delete those now that I have 3.5?

No. .NET Framework is not backwards compatible with apps that require a specific version. I wouldn't even install 3.x unless you have software that requires it.
