forwarding public folders mail
Hi
i've Taken over form our old sysadmin who left, and i'm quite new to exchange and SBS there is a system here where we have a public folder called "meetingrooms" that we invite to meetings so the use of the meeting rooms can be coordinated Normally the administrative assistent gets a message about this in her mailbox, but i can't find where i arrange this for the new admin assistent. it works fine for the other two administrative assistents I can see however thart there is no mailbox called "meetingrooms" i asked our old sysadmin but he can't remeber how he ditd it does annyone hee have anny idea, annything that can put me on the right track ?? or is it a better idea to rename the old folder, start from scratch and drag the meetings over ? and if so, what would be a good procedure to rename this public folder??? thank you Last edited by corosus; 01-10-2008 at 07:41 AM. |
