A program was installed on one of the computers at my work. Its a database software for our customers. Since it was installed, everytime the computer is turned on, the first thing we click in windows for some reason makes the Windows Installer open, telling us to put some sort of disk in. We put cancel, and it opens up to Windows Viewer, telling us to install the disk. We cancel, and it opens up to an error message, we press continue, and it opens up to the Windows Viewer again. And it continues like that. The only way to close the cycle of boxes is doing control-alt-delete, and choose to close the Windows Viewer. Anyway I can get the install and viewer box to stop showing up?

Put the disk in that it's asking for.
