Can I reuse Windows on another PC?
I am just in the process of getting a new main rig. This was installed with a full retail XP. I have already sold the original PC off as parts, HDD failed so don't need to worry about that. Can I reuse this license on my new rig? I think I remember that you can as long as it is removed from the previous PC, whic it is. I just hope I can, I don't have $200 for a new OS right now.

If XP does not activate for you over the internet, just call the 800 number and explain to them what you did and they will give you an activation code.
