Boot .ini file help

I changed the ini file on my wife's pc to try and speed up the boot up process.

It did not work and I put back the old ini file.

Now I have an error when I boot up look at pic 001

And I also don't have bootup ini in my System Configuration Utility.

How do I get that back?

Thanks
