email pictures from Win Explorer (XP Pro)

Went to email some pictures from windows explorer like I have done numerous times, and tonight I did not get the option box to make the pictures smaller like I used to. When I went to send to email recipient, it put them in outlook express without giving me the option box as to what size I wanted them to be and put them in at full size.

The question is, how do I get that size option box back. Have looked all over for it and cannot find it. Am still looking but thought someone here might have an answer.

Thankx

Finally found something about it that worked. Seems you have to go to run and insert a registry string with .dll and rebuild that .dll association.

Works fine now.
