I've been trying to find out how to fix this, did a search on the forums here, apologies if this has been posted before.
My inbox on my identity only, has 12 unread messages showing, even though all of the messages have been clicked on and read. I can't figure out how to fix this. Anyone have a clue? Thanks, Kath |

EzyStvy,
Thank you! (slap on my head). I didn't think to do that because I didn't see any unread emails anywhere. Such an easy solution. When OE compresses emails, does it hide them somewhere where I can't see them? It did bog down and freeze when I did that, but when I closed it and opened it again, it was fixed. Thanks for helping to fix a small, but annoying problem. Kath |
