My Documents Showing As "Other Places"

Got a strange one here and Google is failing me at the moment...

Basically every place you would normally see "My Documents" displays as "Other Places". See the attached screenshots for details. Clicking any of these locations takes you to the My Documents folder just fine, so the problem is really only cosmetic.

This computer recently had a drive failing so I cloned the drive while it was still good. Everything seems to be working with it, however the user did tell me they got a registry notice that a key had to be recreated before I was able to clone the drive.

All I want to do is rename where it says "Other Places" back to "My Documents". Anyone have any ideas?

I found this as the only one with the hint of a solution - http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_f.htm scroll down to the Question: One of my special folders (e.g. My Documents, My Music, My Pictures, Shared Documents, etc) has lost
its name, lost its icon, or has the wrong Task Pane template, how can I get it back?

Heh, the simplest solution is usually the right one:

Start > Right-click "Other Places" > Rename
Enter: My Documents

backithink, you were right on. I just tried to overcomplicate it.
