Windows time sync

None of the current options on the windows time sync work for me. However, I did find that "tick.usno.navy.mil" does work. The only problem is that it is not added to the list when I use it, so I can't set it to do it continuously. Anyone know how to get it added to the list?

Thanks.

Edit the Registry Add a new String Value here:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\DateTime\Servers]

Then modify it and add any of these:

"1"="time.windows.com"
"2"="time.nist.gov"
"3"="ntp.nasa.gov"
"4"="time-nw.nist.gov"
"5"="time.windows.com"
"6"="timelord.uregina.ca"
"7"="time.twc.weather.com"
"8"="time-a.nist.gov"
"9"="time-b.nist.gov"

Nice... I've never bothered taking the time to find where to modify that.. always wanted to set to the timelord.uregina.ca because it's right here where I live... done and done and the updates now happen almost instantly.

I appreciate the info. My computer clock usually gets off by about 5ish minutes per month, and now I can actually make use of the built-in time sync.

Thanks again.
