XP SP3 candidate
Has any one besides me installed the new XP SP3 candidate? If so what are your impressions. I have noticed zero changes in the way the PC performs so far. I downloaded it from here:

Some people thought they were getting up to a ten percent preformance improvement. Most haven't seen any difference.
SP3 is mostly a roll up and a few improvments/security updates.

Wait till it's final, then wait 2 weeks to see what issues OTHERS are having before you install it. That will help preserve your sanity.
