What are your system specs?
Is it slow because you have a lot of programs at start up? |

slow startup
Your WinXP Computer might be starting up slow because of several reasons.
There could be a virus on your computer or there could be many programs or applications installed in your computer and some of those heavy programs must be in your startup. Press ALT+CNTRL+DEL, if you get an error messege saying that "an administrator as disabled this task manager for you or something like this". Than definitely there must be a spyware or virus in your computer. Just after seeing this error messege, scan your computer with anti-virus softwares. Hope this helps, |
