Pop ups taking Trodjans takeing over.Help~!!

I don't know what's going on,but i can't stop pop up from taking over my computer.I'm getting trodjan warning from my AVG virus protection.I've scanned my computer a ton of times for spy ware and virus's and there's nothing showing up.I have yahoo toolbar installed and my pop blocker is on but it's not stoping nothing.

Now here is the thing i never had this problem until i had to adjust some setting for my online computer class. These settings was the setting that the instructure said to do so i could sams 2007 to take some test. Ever since then my computer has been taking over with pop up's and trodjan warnings.I have reset everything that i know to set and still i get these.

When i go to internet explorein the system tools section it say's internet explore ( No addon's)

Can someone please help me here.

As a pro on another website stated. Assuming you haven't done anything except maybe letting your A\V deal with it I suggest you get the following programs and install, update then run them in turn if you haven't already, they are:- Spybot S&D, A Squared, AVG Anti Spyware and SUPERAntiSpyware, between them they should clear most of anything that may be present, then it may be worth your while posting a log in the hijack section so the pro's can give you a check up and make sure theres nothing left,

Try downloading and using Smitfraudfix, it will come with instructions. This Virus/Spyware doesn't get detected and will result in popups; Smitfraudfix is a good way to fix it, and will also work on other types of viruses/spyware as well.

Try using SuperAntiSpyware and Spyware Terminator to help clean your computer.

What is the exact popup message? Does AVG identify the trojan by name?

Have you tried running your spyware and antivirus scanners in safemode?

Have you disabled your system restore?

download ccleaner and let it delete your temp files, and temp internet files.
