Gunny - we unfortunately cannot discuss methods of password-workarounds in the forums even if it's a simple case of forgetting your password - that is why your previous thread was locked. The administrator can unlock/reset passwords for its users - however, we cannot help you find the administrative password if it isn't blank. Please refer to the link the Statica has given you.

What kram said .. try it out with username: Administrator and password: < blank > It may work because with XP's installation, most people have a blank password to their admin account. If you can get in, post back here (open a new thread) about how to reset the passwords for the other users. Also highly recommend you read this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/305478 on how to create a password reset disk for your computer. |
