Remote Assistance Help

I am getting an error (see attachment) when trying to connect to my mothers computer. We are using the "email" connection type. I get the email inviting me to a session, with the connection attachment. I open the attachment, which opens "Remote Assistance Invitation ", and click "Yes" to connect. Then the error appears.
Code:
Remote Assistance connection could not be established because the remote
host name could not be resolved. Please try again.
TIA
