Just did a fresh system restore on my desktop with HDD format. Installed SP2, pulled down all of the updtaes, Anti Virus install ad nauseum...
Everything works, except I can't get to my Network Properties, tried every concievable way, right click Net Neighborhood, Control Panel, everything, nothing opens, but no errors either. Any suggestions? Strangest problem I've come across this week, LOL! TIA ~d |

Did you un-install the NIC card and re-installed it?
