No Browser

All of a sudden I was unable to get into my only browser in my other PC. I have Internet Explorer as my only browser and it kept freezing on me saying that it is experiencing problem. However, I am able to connect to the same browser in this computer so it must not be the network. Can anyone help me on this?

Do you get the same error after a reboot?

Did you make any changes to the pc?

If a reboot doesn't clear it, try running www.ccleaner.com and letting it delete all temp files.

I did not make any changes to the PC at all. I tried rebootiing a couple of times but no joy. The funny thing was that when I click on the red X (upper right corner) nothing happens. I had to press Ctrl-Alt-Delete and then I get this error message where I was asked whether I shoud report to MSN.

By the way, how can I get another browser such as Google or Yahoo? see if any does the same thing?

Download that, and transfer the file over.

Update. I loaded Mozilla and xferred to this PC. Worked OK. This allowed me to go on the web. Found out that my problem was Internet Explorer 7. I unistalled IE 7 and stayed with the original IE 5. Things seem OK now. I may decide to shift main browser to Mozilla however.
