Change Font Color
How to change font color from light blue to bold black on Windows XP?.
Have had cataracts removed but no help, currently using magnifying glasses, but little results. I know I am going into my 89th year but a little help will go a long way for me since I am into the system daily for hours. Would appreciate some assistance. Thank you. Lenny |

Right click on the desktop to bring up display properties. Click on the appearances tab and there you can change almost everything. There is a drop down box to increase the windows font size which may help. There are many other things that can be changed. What specifically to you need? Larger font, high contrast?

Where Les is pointing you, there are several high contrast schemes, try them out.

glc Thank you both for the help, I will follow the instructions,hoping to get sharper font results. Using magnifying glasses are too cumbersome to hold while reading. I will make the best of it. Lenny |
