Login problem??
Hi, My PC has Win XP on it. I have been running it for a couple of months, and everything ran fine. My son added a new account onto the PC. When it boots up it only shows his login icon, which I believe is normal, but when I click on his icon, the PC starts loading his settings and right when it should be booting up it logs out automatically and goes back to the login prompt. I can get it to boot up in "safe mode". His account is listed as an administrator account along with the default administrator account. I cannot delete his account in safe mode. I believe his account is causing my bootup problem (I could be wrong). I would like to try and fix this problem before having to reinstall XP. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing my problem and how to fix it without having to reinstall XP?
Thanks |

At the log in screen do CTRL-AL-DEL TWICE and you should get the classic User Name - Password screen
Type in your name/passwaord....Should be able to zap the other account...
