XP64 Problem - Fast Blue Screen then restart when opening programs.

Built my friend's computer:

Intel Xeon Quad Core 2.66 (2)
ASUS DSBF-DE Mobo
Corsair 2GB 240 Pin DDR2 (4 sticks 8 gigs)
Nvidia PNY Quadro FX3700
Antec 850w PSU
500gig Seagate SATA HDD
XP64

When I tried to open Corel Painter or Z-Brush on it a blue screen quickly flashes and it restarts. Other .exe's run fine (firefox, MS programs)

He says the programs ran yesterday night alright, then he closed them, reopened them about an hour later and they failed to open.

I set up my camera and took pictures of the screen because there was no way to read what flashed by.

To get it to stop restarting when it blue screens so you can see it, do the following: Got to control panel>system>advanced system properties> start up and recovery> uncheck Automatically restart

From here:
http://aumha.org/a/stop.htm

Requested data was not in memory. An invalid system memory address was referenced. Defective memory (including main memory, L2 RAM cache, video RAM) or incompatible software (including remote control and antivirus software) might cause this Stop message, as may other hardware problems (e.g., incorrect SCSI termination or a flawed PCI card).
