Problem installing app from remote location

Hi I have a problem installing application from a share in a windows server 2003 service pack 2 pc it is in a domain, it displays an error message that it has not enough access rights to the share put its not true, it is already shared and the security option are ok, I have tried with shares in a Windows 2003 server pc and a Windows xp pc using the administrator account of the domain
