XP Blue Screen Issue

Alright usually this happens when i'm doing four or more tasks at the same time.

When i'm doing a fairly sized load on my machine Windows will pop up the pretty blue screen memory dump page, causing me to lose my current work and start from fresh. My hardware can handle an extreme load so I know it is not a capacity issue and I know it isn't a hardware as this is the first this ha ever come up. Is it that i'm missing an XP update becuase it's hasn't auto updated at all this last week and a half which is rare for Windows to do.

Any help will be appreciated.

You need to post what the blue screen error is to determine the possible problem is.
If the PC just quickly restarts, need to turn off the Auto Restart which is in System Properties/Advanced tab/Startup and Recovery Settings and uncheck the Automatically Restart in the System Failuer section.

Hey In the mean time i would also try downloading superantispyware http://www.superantispyware.com/
home edition. I have seen where malware has caused symptoms like this, maybe it isn't the case but it woudn't hurt to run it.

Good luck!
