changing file system.

I have a pc that is running with file system fat32. is it possible to change the file system to NTFS without formatting ?
If so, how would i go about doing this ?. thank's in advance.

Open a command window and type in

convert c: /fs:ntfs

Where C is the drive letter that you want to convert.
