check disk log
Hey guy I need help finding the log for a check disk in XP pro sp2. I looked in the usual place but could not find it. Event viewer, under application. The scan was done on my F: drive.

I don't think check disk creates a log since it shows everything on the screen when its finished.

Go to Start > Run and type: eventvwr.msc /s , and hit enter.
When Event Viewer opens, click on "Application", then scroll down to "Winlogon" and double-click on it. This is the log created after running Checkdisk. |
