Boots, missing some files code 28
I have a pcchips motherboard M683G V5.1 in a tower I am trying to get up and running.
It had win98 on the hard drive and loaded the majority of the drivers, some are listed as other devices It comes up with' ! pci ethernet controller ! pci ethernet controller ! pci multimedia audio ! pci usb controller ! ? Not sure of the other one I tried to remove and reinstall things but no luck I went to the web and downloaded to a cd the drivers The disc is read by the drive but unable to use the browse under reinstall drivers, it will not let me click on the ok when I select a folder. Do I need to unzip these to use? Is there something I am missing that is simple? Maybe a upgrade to xp would be the fix? Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Chuck (Strowhat)

If they are in zip format, of course you have to unzip them. There will probably be a README in the Zip that will tell you how to install them.
