Boom Error while running msi package

i try to install nero.msi package. I received an error "could not open key hkey_local_machine\security\rxaxt" verify you have sufficent access to that key

how can change the .msi package to resolve the issue

You can't change the MSI package to get around that, you have to change the security settings in the registry to grant access to that key. Are you installing as an administrator?

how to change the security setting in the registry. If i login the computer as an administrator will the problem be resolved

Yes, if you log in as an Administrator it should work.

I'm not sure I understand your question, but I do run into problems installing and using Adobe products all the time.
