windows xp pro help?
after installing an anti virus (avast home edition) in my computer, nothing work.all i can see just screen and small window for an open session for windows, where usually you put user name and a password.when i click ok nothing happen. i try rebooting on a safe mode, last configuration ; and nothing i tried every option i can think of. please anyone with any experience i need your help. according to the anti virus i had a torojan in my computer. when i did put every thing in a quarantine, than this happened.

how do i do that? i tried everything and didn t want to read the cd.
