XP blue screen while using SolidWorks 2008

The head engineer in my office is getting the blue screen more frequently while just using SolidWorks 2008. He has a Dell Optiplex 745 with an Intel Core 2 Duo and 4 gigs of Ram. Here's the code I'm getting from the blue screen

Stop: 0x0000008E (0xc0000005, 0xBF07A0F0, 0xA72DD4AC, 0x00000000)

ati2cqag.dll - address BF07A0F0 base at BF055000, datestamp 44873884

I haven't had much luck finding anything about this when I search for the code, so I thought I'd ask you guys. Any ideas?

Thanks

There is an issue with tha ATi Radeon graphics drivers. Try this: Download latest drivers from www.ati.amd.com/drivers, boot into safe mode, uninstall the ATi Drivers using Add/Remove programs, reboot (still in safemode) and install the previously downloaded drivers. FInalyy reboot into normal mode and see if the problem still exists.
