CTF Loader has encountered a problem?

After I turn on my computer, I receive the memory problem message which states:

"Memory # 12345... bla bla can not be read"

and after I turn off and turn it back on using "Last known good configuration."

I receive this message:

"CTF Loader has encountered a problem and needs to close."

Then I receive a message box that ask me to report this error to the Microsoft.

What is the cause of this problem and how can I fix it?

I'm assuming you have XP, so I moved this to the XP forum.

First thing to do is test your ram with diagnostics.
