Best way to add SP3 to my XP Pro

Can someone tell me the best and easiest way to burn it to my Xp pro? thanks

FYI - the owner of another site recently posted the following:

If you need to install XP several times a month or year, then slipstrearing can save some time. If you don't install that often....
