I am using Windows XP Home. When I shut down my computer, it informs me that it is installing two updates and I should not turn the computer off until the updates are fully installed. I followed the instructions and the computer turned off as expected. However, each time I turn off the computer it seems that the SAME two updates are still trying to be installed!!! So I have to say: “Turn off the computer without installing the updates”
This happens oven and over each time I shut my computer off!!!. Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem? How can I find out what updates are trying to be installed? Thank you. |

Maybe look at Task Manager at that time & see what is using CPU, then shut that down & see if it is better?
