Problem with screensaver

I'm running WinXP Pro SP2. I have a third party screensaver which works fine, but my monitor dims down to black before it comes on. Anyone know what setting controls this? Thanks.

I would check with the site/support section where you got the software from. Maybe its a known issue.

Go into power options and tell it to not turn off the monitor, or set it to say 2 hours.
