XP & IE7:How do I get rid of this security popup?

This window pops up every time I try to access my email at my home page on ATT/Yahoo.
It's been popping up ever since one of the recent Windows updates. I have no idea which securuty setting(s) to change though. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance

Internet options, advanced - try unchecking "warn if changing between secure and not secure mode".
