Errors

Whenever I start up my computer it says: Run.Dll error. So I click ok and proceed to going onto the computer. Whenever I click on internet explorer or a loader.exe for a game that I enjoy playing I get that famous error message that says: "We are sorry for the inconveince -program name- has encountered a problem and must close" Then it will say send error report, debug and dont send. I think it's gonna happen once, but EVERYTIME I go to open my internet or my game I get that message. What could be wrong? When I look at the specifics of the report it says ntdll.dll is the mod name. Help me please!!!!!

Have you scanned for malware with quality, up to date, antivirus and antispyware applications?

Yeah I've been scanning all day. I had a virus outbreak about a month ago, so I don't know if that had anything to do with it. This problem just started occuring today.

If it just started today, do a system restore back to a couple days ago.

How exactly do you do that? I did the F8 then it went to the options like safe mode, safe mode with networking, etc. I clicked on last known good configuration and it didn't work.

That's what will happen - you have to reinstall it. You know, there's a distinct possibility that the installation of that game may have CAUSED the problem........
