SBS 2003 and Vista printer drivers

I have several printers attached to a couple of standalone print servers and install drivers as needed at my SBS 2003 server as local printers using the print servers' IP address and port. All I need is the downloaded driver package to point to and I know what to do from there. Then the workstation points a shortcut to that printer to get things done.

So I get a Vista machine added to my network and need separate printers installed for it so the Vista drivers will be referenced. The driver for a Brother wasn't a problem to DL but I have an Oki dot matrix and their site says that drivers are on the Vista DVD and that PnP will recognize and install.

Problem is that the printer isn't cabled to the Vista machine and I can't find printer drivers anywhere on the Vista DVD by browsing it from the SBS machine. Does anyone have a solution?

I would recommend you install all printers on the Vista machine using the print server port, not shares off the SBS. You should be able to find a compatible driver for the Oki in the standard Vista pick list.
